Survey
The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the health and e-health literacy of young people who identify as Pacific Islander, North-East and South-East Asian. This survey comprises of two questionnaires; the health literacy and the e-health literacy questionnaire. We hope the results will help us to improve the way we provide for our community.

In the first survey, the health literacy questionnaire, we want to learn about how you find, use, and understand health information, how you manage your health and interact with doctors and other healthcare providers.

In the second survey, the ehealth literacy questionnaire, we want to hear your experiences in using digital technologies to find, use, and understand health information, how you manage your health and interact with doctors and other healthcare providers.
